REFUND POLICY
At Belavi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please read our refund policy below.
Return Window
You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return, contact us at walid.el.omari22@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for the return. We will respond within 48 business hours with further instructions.
Cash on Delivery Orders
For orders paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via bank transfer once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please include your bank details in your refund request.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds: items that have been used or damaged by the customer, items returned after the 14-day window, and orders where delivery was refused without a valid reason.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.
